My Approach

Together let’s take a slow deep breath. You are not alone on this journey called life! I’ve had the privilege to work with children, teens and adults, as they navigate many life’s challenges. I provide a strengths based, non-judgmental presence while utilizing proven, evidence based approaches, that fosters a sense of safety, autonomy and hope.


My aim is to empower adults, children and groups to acquire the tools necessary to address symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression. I present right action steps toward increased hope and healing for those dealing with grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
